The product is recommended for adults who want to supplement the diet in L-glutamine.
Recommended use: take 4 g of powder 2-3 times a day - before breakfast, after training. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (4 g of powder = 1½ scoops) in 100 ml of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds.
